1. Meeting with the builder and the interested or private City Council to detail the route and the municipal regulations to be complied with (if that’s the case).
2. Editing the corresponding project.
3. Processing of licenses and permits.
4. Control and monitoring of the work.
5. Processing of the end of work.

This type of construction is carried out in collaboration with Manel Ibars and the company Pumptrack Park SL.
