Architecture

1. Inspection of the property by the technician who will visit the property and will take data and measurements of the dimensions of the house and surfaces.
2. Collection of information on registration data of the property, materials and construction systems.
3. Queda a càrrec del client el seguiment de tot el procés final: Tramitació de la sol·licitud al Departament d’Habitatge i Medi Ambient de la Generalitat de Catalunya, pagament de la taxa corresponent i seguim final del procés.

TARIFA CÈDULA HABITABILITAT PROCÉS BÀSIC: 90€ (IVA no inclós)
(consulta la possibilitat de descomptes especials per volum de contractació a comunitats de propietaris, immobiliàries…)

Procés complet
1. Inspecció de l’habitatge per part del tècnic.
2. Certificat d’habitabilitat signat pel tècnic i segellat pel Col·legi Oficial.
3. Preparation of the report gathering all the data and calculating the energy efficiency using software approved by the Ministry of Industry. Justification of the assignment of a specific energy label (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) and proposal of alternatives for the improvement of the label.
4. Management of procedures and payment of fees..
5. Delivery of the documentation of the energy certificate to the customer.
