STUDIES AND SECURITY PLANS
Architecture
A Safety Study is a document prepared by a competent Technician appointed by the Promoter where the risks of the work are identified and the preventive measures and technical protections for the control and reduction of these risks are listed. It is mandatory in all work with Project and must be included as documentation of the Execution Project. There are two types: Basic Health and Safety Study and Health and Safety Study, according to the Material Execution Budget of the work (PEM).
A Health and Safety Plan is a document where the Builder analyzes, studies, develops and complements the forecasts included in the Health and Safety Study or Basic Study. It includes, where appropriate, the proposal of alternative prevention measures, technically justified and which do not reduce the levels of protection provided by the Study. If the Health and Safety Plan has been drawn up on the basis of a Health and Safety Study, the alternative proposals must be complemented by an economic assessment of the same. In any case, even if you make changes to the prevention and protection measures, you will not be able to reduce the budget determined by the Study for them.
