BUILDING TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS (ITE)
Architecture
It consists of a visual inspection of the building by a competent technician whose purpose is to determine the condition of the building, indicating and qualifying the existing deficiencies as well as guiding the property in the actions to be taken. In no case is it intended to detect hidden defects.
It is drawn up in accordance with the standard model and format approved by the Catalan housing agency. It is a standard document, approved by the Housing Agency of Catalonia that describes the general characteristics of the building, in which the technician must state its state of conservation and describe and classify the possible apparent, constructive deficiencies. or functional.
- Inspection of the building by the technician.
- Preparation of the ITE report through the web application of the Catalan Housing Agency by the technician.
- Application for the Certificate of Aptitude by submitting the report to the Catalan Housing Agency of Catalonia by the property.
