Basic process
1. Inspection of the home by the technician.
2. Certificat d’habitabilitat signat pel tècnic i segellat pel Col·legi Oficial.
3. The client is responsible for monitoring the entire final process: Processing the application to the Departament d’Habitatge i Medi Ambient de la Generalitat de Catalunya, payment of the corresponding fee and final monitoring of the process.

Complete process
1. Inspection of the home by the technician.
2. Certificate of habitability signed by the technician and stamped by the Official College.
3. Processing of the application for the certificate of habitability to the Department of Housing and the Environment of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
4. Payment of the corresponding fee.
5. Final monitoring and process management.
6. Delivery of documentation to the client.

ENERGY CERTIFICATE PACK + HABITABILITY CERTIFICATE
All the steps of the energy certificate and certificate of habitability procedures (complete process) until the delivery of all the documentation to the customer are included.
